KETAN SALAK
# Ingedients :
- Glutinous Rice
- Sugar
- Coconut Milk
- Food Coloring
# What it is :
Ketan Salak is a traditional cake from Mojokerto,the presentation of Ketan Salak such as Jenang,which is be cut with square shape.
# How to make :
- Soaked the glutinous rice.
- Steamed the glutinous rice until soft.
- Then drain the glutinous rice.
- Put Coconut milk and sugar into hot frying pan,stir until to curdle.
- Then add the glutinous rice and food coloring,stir until evenly.
- Turn off the stove after the coconut milk has been exhausted.
# For Occasion :
Ketan Salak is usually served at wedding party or the other celebration.

We can buy Ketan Salak at a Traditinal snack vendor in market or in trader.
